The Microsoft Office 365 E5 license will replace the current E4 license and will introduce 4 main new capabilities: Meeting Broadcast, Cloud PBX, PSTN Conferencing and PSTN Calling.
Skype for Business has basic call routing capabilities however it is a current gap in the offer. Arkadin bridges this gap by deploying a cloud hosted native Skype for Business contact center solution that delivers enterprise contact center capability.
It’s important to first map out what your current voice requirements are and then identify how that maps over to Microsoft Voice with E5. Arkadin’s UC consultants are standing by to assist with this exercise.

PSTN conferencing is available in two deployment models. In the Microsoft E5 offer, it’s available in 15 countries started Dec 1, 2015. In the Arkadin Total Connect offer, it’s now available in 55+ countries.

PSTN calling is available in two deployment models. The Microsoft E5 offer it’s available in the US starting Dec 1, 2015. The Arkadin Total Connect offer is now available in 17 countries with local calling plans.
